Upgraded digital patient support: an AI assistant on the clinic website

The Dr Medvedev Clinic website now offers an upgraded form of digital support: an automated information assistant powered by artificial intelligence.
What the assistant can do
- guide visitors through the clinic’s services and specialties;
- help them find the right doctor;
- suggest relevant website pages and answer common organisational questions;
- show a convenient route to booking a consultation.
The assistant draws on the clinic website’s own materials and links to the relevant pages, so visitors can verify the information and read it in full. This makes navigation faster, especially when someone does not yet know the exact name of a service or medical specialty.
It remains an information service: it does not replace a doctor’s consultation, make a diagnosis, or handle emergency requests.
