1. General provisions and data controller
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data are collected, used, stored and protected when you use https://www.medvedev.ua/en/.
The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Mykhailo Volodymyrovych Medvediev (Ukrainian legal form: ФОП), contact address: Apartment 44, Building 5, 79 Yantarna Street, Dnipro, 49108, Ukraine (the “Controller”). For questions about personal data, please contact info@medvedev.ua.
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and other applicable requirements of Ukrainian law.
2. Data that may be processed
- name;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- the topic and content of the request and any other information the user voluntarily includes in the message;
- technical data required to operate and protect the website, including IP address, browser and device data, and security logs;
- cookie data and anonymised usage statistics, within the settings of the relevant services and the user’s consent where such consent is required.
Please do not submit unnecessary medical or other sensitive information through the general contact form. For appointments or medical consultations, use the clinic contact details. The form is not intended for urgent requests.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- handling requests and providing a response;
- organising communication about appointments, education, scientific collaboration or business cooperation;
- operating, securing and improving the website;
- complying with legal requirements and protecting the legitimate rights of the Controller and users.
Depending on the purpose and circumstances, processing may be based on the user’s consent, steps taken at the user’s request before entering into a transaction, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interests. Informational or marketing messages are sent only where there is an appropriate legal basis; you may opt out by contacting info@medvedev.ua.
4. Sharing and retention

An appointment-related request may be shared with the relevant clinic so that it can contact the user.

Users have the rights provided by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, including the right to know the sources, location, purpose and procedure of processing; to access their data; to request correction, amendment or deletion where provided by law; to object to processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

The website may use necessary cookies for proper operation and, where the relevant consent has been given, analytics or other optional cookies.
With your separate consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure visits and interactions with the website. Technical information about page views and website actions may be sent to Analytics; values entered in contact-form fields and the message text are not sent to Analytics.
Before consent is given, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Advertising storage, advertising signals and personalisation remain disabled. Consent can be granted, rejected or changed through “Cookie settings” on the website. Cookies can also be managed through browser settings.
