Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at DSMU
Since September 2025, I’ve had the honor of leading the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Dnipro State Medical University. It’s one of the university’s key academic and clinical centers, where science, education, and modern medical practice come together.
Our department trains 4th- to 6th-year students, actively implements international standards of teaching and treatment, and conducts research in reproductive medicine, endometriosis, minimally invasive surgery, and the prevention of obstetric complications.
My goal is to modernize the educational process—making it more practical, technology-oriented, and research-driven—while creating an environment where students, young doctors, and scientists can grow together in a spirit of partnership, mutual respect, and evidence-based medicine.
The department operates across several clinical bases in leading medical institutions of Dnipro, ensuring a strong connection between theory and practice. We strive to nurture a new generation of physicians capable of critical thinking, responsible action, and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
