Board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist | Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology | Honored Physician of Ukraine

Dr. Medvedev is a recognized leader in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive medicine. He founded the educational platform Gynecology.com.ua in 2016, providing advanced professional training through more than 250 educational events, attended by tens of thousands of healthcare professionals.

In 2018, Dr. Medvedev established Dr. Medvedev’s Clinic, dedicated to advanced gynecologic care and cutting-edge reproductive technologies, with a focus on minimally invasive surgery and comprehensive fertility treatments.

In 2025, Dr. Medvedev expanded his practice by opening a second state-of-the-art medical facility. This new center features modern inpatient units, advanced operating rooms, and a comprehensive assisted reproductive technology (ART) program, including a full range of fertility services such as IVF. The clinic also offers highly specialized gynecologic surgery utilizing the latest technological innovations.

Dr. Medvedev serves as a Professor and, since September 1, 2025, the Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Dnipro State Medical University, Ukraine, and is the author of over 250 scientific publications.

My international experience

I have extensive experience conducting live surgical demonstrations, master classes in gynecological surgery, and delivering lectures and presentations on diverse topics within my specialty. It has been my privilege to collaborate and exchange knowledge with medical professionals across Ukraine and internationally.

In Ukraine, I have delivered lectures or participated in professional events in many cities, including:
Kyiv, Dnipro, Bucha, Irpin, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih, Kremenchuk, Poltava, Kropyvnytskyi, Luhansk, Vinnytsia, Sudak, Chernivtsi, and many other large and small cities across the country.

Clinical internship at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center (OLMMC), New York, USA – 3.5 months

2001

Graduated with honors from the Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy

2006

Earned a PhD in Medicine after defending a dissertation

Earned the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences
